Over the years I’ve sought out support from various wellbeing practitioners. A nutritionist, an embodiment coach, a movement coach and a Spiritual Director. Each of these wonderful women have helped me in their specific area of expertise, but the shared experience of working with them all has been the support. Having someone impartial to talk to has been so valuable. Why not consider getting support in one of the following areas?

I love working with clients on this one to one, just as I love working with my own coach. It’s invaluable to include someone in the process of setting up and maintaining sustainable practices that help you live into your values.


Nutrition planning

I want to state here straight away that I am not a qualified nutritionist. However, I did study nutrition within my degree and have spent the last 20 years helping myself and others on this journey. Nutrition played a massive role in the healing of adenomyosis, a gynaecological condition. In these sessions we would tailor a plan for your needs.
